but, rather than continue to repeat my vision and aspirations, I am keen to hear the views and suggestions of my fellow residents.

Unlike political representatives who are often locked into their fixed party policies and "whipping", I am free to listen, argue, debate and come to a local solution, with a broad consensus. This may involve adapting ideas from across all the political parties - as none of them have a monopoly on all the good ideas!
